The moment I walked through the front door on Katie’s wedding day, I felt like I was part of the family. Katie and her bridesmaids were gathered in the master bedroom en suite and there was laughter that filled the air. A dear family friend was the gracious hostess of this picturesque home for these friends to get ready in for the day they have been waiting about a decade to happen. Katie and Jacob’s love story is more than just a few passing years, but instead dates as far back as middle school. Now, dressed in the princess dress of her dreams, Katie was finally walking down the aisle to marry her real life Prince Charming. Friends and family came from near, far and even across the ocean to celebrate with her. Katie’s Grandmother came all the way from England to celebrate this very special occasion, and the day couldn’t have been more perfect.
Katie and Jacob couldn’t have asked for a more perfect fall day for their wedding, with the weather finally starting to change for the year. The venue was a wonderful touch, with a lake surrounding the entire ceremony area. I know the years have finally led up to this big day for them, and I wish them both the best for a wonderful, exciting future. Congratulations again, Katie and Jacob!
